Applications:
a. Max operating temperature :XLPE insulation 90°C,High-density PE insulation 75°C,PVC insulation 70°C.
b. Installing temperature of cable should not be below -20°C.
c. Max short-circuit temperature,Not more than5 Sec:XLPE insulation 250°C,High-density PE insulation 150°C,PVC insulation 130°C.
d. Permissible Bending radius of cable:Should be not less than 20(d+D)±5%mm. Where:D is overall diameter of cable; d is diameter of conductor.
Type and Name:
All Aluminum-Alloy Conductors (AAAC) can be used in Medium, High and Extra-High voltage transmission lines. AAAC offers better sag performance due to the high strength-to-weight ratio provided by the aluminum-alloy. In addition, AAAC provides a higher corrosion resistance than ACSR conductors.
AAC conductors can be installed in air. It is recommended that the installation instructions indicated by the Local Electric Code, or any equivalent, be followed, so that the safeguarding of persons and the integrity of the product will not be affected by deficiencies in the installation.
